The government newspapers, in this period, contained insignificant themes such as the description of the Shah's journeys and, written in a secretarial style, played the role of a media displayed the power, the glory and the authority of the monarchy. The court's single-voiced language was used only to propagate and to justify the dominant policies of the monarchy system, and, naturally, left no choice for the opponents. The court's secretarial style of journalism continued to be used up to early 1930s and was faded gradually after the establishment of constitutional government, when nongovernmental newspapers began to be published. It has been tried, in present study, to show how the language of the Qajar court turned into the power discourse and how a language can be used as a tool to justify power. To achieve this purpose, the role of linguistic and rhetoric elements of court language, as a variety, in effective transferring of concepts and the discursive features of such language in terms of existing relations between power and ideology are analyzed through a critical discourse analysis and a functional linguistics approach. The government newspaper "Ruz-nāma-ye dawlat-e ʿaliyya-ye Irān" is examined in this regard, as an obvious example of this type of social language, then the results have been generalized with references to all Qajar court newspapers.}, keywords = {critical analysis of discourse,Qajar Court's journalism,Ruz-nāma-ye dawlat-e ʿaliyya-ye Irān}, title_fa = {زبان، ابزار قدرت در روزنامه‌‌های دربار دورۀ قاجار(با مطالعۀ موردی روزنامۀ دولت علیۀ ایران)}, abstract_fa = {اوّلین تجربۀ روزنامه‌‌نگاری ایرانی، تقلیدی تفنّنی از روزنامه‌‌نگاری غربی بود که از سوی دربار قاجار و با انتشار نخستین روزنامۀ دولتی در سال 1253ق آغاز شد. روزنامه‌‌های دولتی که حاوی مضامین بی‌‌اهمیّتی چون وصف سیر و سیاحت شاه بود، به سبک منشیانه تحریر می‌شد و به‌عنوان رسانه‌‌ای برای قدرت‌‌نمایی و بیان شکوه و اقتدار نظام سلطنت بهچاپمی‌‌رسید. زبان تک‌‌صداییِ دربار تنها سیاسـت‌‌های نظام سلطنت را تبلیغ و توجیه می‌کرد و طبعاً مجالی برای مخالفان فراهم نمی‌‌ساخت. شیوۀ منشیانۀ روزنامه‌نگاری دربار که پس از برپایی حکومت مشروطه و انتشار روزنامه‌های غیردولتی به‌تدریج از رونق افتاد، تا سال 1326ق همچنان وجود داشت، امّا پس از آن زوال یافت و جای خود را به شیوۀ روزنامه‌نگاری مردمی و متجدّد داد. قصد ما در این مقاله نمایان ساختنِ چگونگیِ تبدیل گونۀ زبانی دربار قاجار به گفتمانی قدرتگرا و نشاندادن این است که چگونه زبان به منزلۀ ابزاری برای توجیه قدرت بهکارمی‌رود. جستار حاضر برای دستیابی بدین منظور از دیدگاه تحلیل انتقادی گفتمان بهره می‌‌گیرد و با استفاده از رویکرد زبانشناختی نقشگرا، نقش عناصر زبانی و بلاغی ‌گونۀ زبانی (language variety) درباری را در انتقال تأثیرگذار مفاهیم تحلیل می‌‌کند و ویژگی‌‌های گفتمانی این گونۀ زبانی را از منظر مناسبات قدرت و ایدئولوژی برمی‌‌رسد. در این زمینه روزنامۀ دولت عَلیه به‌عنوان نمونۀ بارز این نوع گونۀ اجتماعی زبان تحلیل می‌‌شود، آن‌گاه نتایج به‌‌دست‌‌آمده با ذکر شواهد و ارجاعات به کلّ روزنامه‌‌های دربار قاجار تعمیم می‌‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {تحلیل انتقادی گفتمان,روزنامه‌نگاری دربار قاجار,گونۀ زبانی درباری,روزنامۀ دولت عَلیه}, url = {https://jpl.ut.ac.ir/article_70927.html}, eprint = {https://jpl.ut.ac.ir/article_70927_d711a41a2e3bf0b97dcf35df64ac7b99.pdf} }
